Ford’s F-150 SVT Raptor isn’t only one of the best selling pickup trucks around; it’s also one of the most popular in the tuning scene. Because of that success, Hennessey has expanded the number of upgrades it offers for the performance pickup.

The Texan tuner is now offering three power levels for its tuned Raptor: 475, 600 and 800 horsepower. They all fall under Hennessey's VelociRaptor branding and are designed for Raptors equipped with the 6.2-liter V-8 engine and not the older 5.4-liter unit. The stock rating for these vehicles is 411 horsepower.

The 475-horsepower upgrade relies on your usual breathing mods and an ECU retune. However, the 600- and 800-horsepower upgrades sees forced induction added. The 800-horsepower package, understandably, features the most serious state of tune.

It includes a twin-turbocharger setup, forged internals, high-flow intakes and exhausts, new injectors and an ECU retune to ensure all systems are working at their optimal. Importantly, the truck’s transmission has also been upgraded to handle the extra grunt.

In the video above, Hennessey pits its 600-horsepower Raptor against a stock model in a good ol’ drag race.

Note, if an SUV is more your thing, Hennessey can convert the Ford Raptor into one by adding rear housing, more seats and a split tailgate. Prices start at $12,950 for the 475-horsepower upgrade and creep up to around $55,000 if you’re looking for the 800-horsepower upgrade. The prices include installation and dyno testing, along with a limited one-year warranty on all the specific parts. The SUV conversion involves additional charges.
