Though the Porsche 911 is arguably the best sports car in the world, its well heeled clients have long been disappointed with the interior trim and lac of luxury. Sure, a 911 isn’t a bad place to be, but cars from Aston Martin and Bentley are a huge step ahead in terms of luxury.

Porsche has listened to its customers and introduced a line of special edition cars that appeal to this crowd, built by its Porsche Exclusive personalization department. The new Carrera S Black Basalt Metallic comes with a unique Basalt paint that’s closest to a dark gray. Tail pipes and rim borders get a stainless steel finish and the rear logo on the car is now in black.

Inside, things are also different with hand-stitched beige leather trim found on most surfaces and aluminum pedals added.
