Contrary to popular belief in some circles, there's a lot of skill involved in drag racing, but in your typical street car, most of it is compressed into the first second or two, with little left to do but point it straight and, if necessary, shift. That's not the case with this run.

With 900 horsepower on tap from his turbo RB26-powered Miata, this racer finds himself taping an impromptu drift session halfway down the drag strip--at 140 mph.

Nice save, man.

Thanks to Kenneth C. for the tip!
