Don't get us wrong, we're huge fans of pretty women, minimally clothed, in close proximity to automotive hardware. We're not alone in that, either. But it's a bit cliched, and often more than a bit lame. Subaru Canada has taken the eye-candy in an entirely different direction. And we like it. A lot. Instead of appealing to your prurient proclivities, the Canucks at Subaru go for your funny bone. Big, thong-clad men, lounging on the (surprisingly strong) hood of the 2011 Forester, striking poses, eating ice cream, and, of course, the obligatory car wash scene. Lampooning the Sports Illustrated...

Bentley Supersports Sets 205 MPH Ice Speed RecordGoing fast is easy these days. Hit up an airport or a dry lake bed, put the hammer down on 500-2,000 horsepower, and wait. Lame. But doing it on ice? Not lame. Doing it in a Bentley? Even not-lame-er. That's exactly what four-time Finnish rally champ Juha Kankkunen did recently, shooting to 205.48...

Top Gear USA Gets Second Season Greenlight on HISTORYHISTORY has decided the first season of the U.S. version of Top Gear cut enough mustard to pick up a second. James Bond fans know a lot about 007's cars. That's because they're often as integral to Bond films as the ubiquitous Bond Girls. Over time, Mr. Bond has been associated with a number of high-end rides. Readers of the Ian Fleming novels that brought 007 to life know that the world's most famous spy first drove a 1933 Bentley convertible. But folks more familiar with the films often associate Bond with Aston Martin or Lotus (especially the badass Lotus Esprit in The Spy Who Loved Me that transformed into a submarine). That may change if the latest Bond novel ever makes the jump to the big...

Report: Ford Suing Ferrari Over F150 F1 Car NameSilly as it may sound, trademark law is a curious thing, and Ford is moving to stop use of the F150 name (though note the lack of hyphenation) used by Ferrari for its latest Formula 1 car. The name was chosen by the Italian firm to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the country's unification. Ford...

On Tuesday, Vanity Fair's Juli Weiner published an article entitled, "Rahm Emanuel Should Be Personally Rescuing People During the Chicago Blizzard". (You have to hand it to VF: they know how to put the "b" in "subtle".) Weiner's argument was basically that the mayoral candidate needed to get out on the streets and show some concern for the city's well-being. Given all the hoo-ha that Emanuel has been through the past few weeks, it didn't take much to twist the guy's arm, and before you could say Mr. Plow, he and his PR crew had hit the sidewalks, snow shovels and cameras in hand. But of...

Sleepy, innocuous notes rolled out of his saxophone and onto the world's airwaves, lulling us all into a false sense of comfort and security. Things could've gone terribly wrong, but Kenny's unearthly talent was, in fact, his own...

Video: This Guy Needs To Learn The Throttle Pedal Isn't An On-Off SwitchFerraris sounds gorgeous at full throttle, and they can do some pretty impressive things in the right hands. Racing drivers are a tough lot. Maybe not as touch as they once were, in the days of Niki Lauda, Jackie Stewart, Phil Hill, or even Ayrton Senna, but tough nonetheless. They're play can be just as tough, as proven in this video of Boris Said interviewing Joey Hand. No doubt intended (and received) as a friendly gesture among friends, the gargantuan Said (just look at how he towers over the other drivers) underestimates his own strength, and gives Hand a much-needed shot of adrenaline.
