  • 2012 Infiniti G25 Sedan

Luxury automaker Infiniti recently announced a few changes to its product lineup for the 2013 model year. First and foremost is the discontinuation of the gateway-to-the-brand G25 sedan, which leaves the automaker without a competitively-priced answer to Lexus’ IS 250. Infiniti didn’t give a reason for the G25’s demise, but we suspect it has to do with disappointing sales of the base model and a strong Japanese yen reducing profit on the smaller-engined G sedan. The G25 will be sold through December of 2012, but sales beyond that will be limited to dealer inventory. Also...

Buick's Latest Voice? Swimsuit And Lingerie Model Marisa Miller: Video

  • General Motors lead sculptor Nick Barkley

The Buick Enclave is the industry’s best-selling crossover with third-row seats, so GM knows that any changes to the car need to be handled with car. Unfortunately, when it comes to design, improving a successful product can be a bigger challenge than starting with a clean sheet. In the case of the Enclave, revising the design is made even more complicated when you consider the vehicle also carries the weight of being the originator of the brand’s current design philosophy. Addressing most of these issues fell to lead sculptor at GM Nick Barkley, who worked on the original as well...

  • Audi's Q3 Jinlong Yufeng concept for the 2012 Beijing Auto Show

In Chinese, jinlong yufeng translates into “Golden Dragon in the Wind.” While that may seem to be an odd name for an Audi concept, it plays on 2012 being the Chinese year of the dragon. Coincidentally, 2012 is also the year that Audi will launch its Q3 crossover in the Chinese market. What better way to introduce the product than with a concept tied to the year, built for recreationally oriented (i.e., young) buyers? The Audi Q3 jinlong yufeng is styled with a nod towards kitesurfing, in which participants attempt to harness the power of the wind for sport. Mounted to the roof...
