Rap phenom Flo Rida is riding a little lower today, now that his $1.7 million Bugatti is off-limits after an early-morning DUI arrest in Miami Beach.

The 31-year-old Tramar Dillard (from Florida, hence "Flo Rida") had been showing off his driving skills at about 3:30 in the morning. Unfortunately the driving came after a lot of drinks, which played out in a 0.185 BAC when the cops pulled him over.

TMZ says a crowd that assembled around the red and black 2008 Veyron--yeah, it still happens, even in Miami Beach--had tried to convince officers to let the rapper go, as did the driver himself.

He's made worse decisions, like going on record with Ke$ha, but Dillard's driving offense could land him in jail for up to six months or on probation for up to a year. That is, if he's able to explain why he was driving on a suspended license.
