  • 2013 BMW X6 M

The 2013 BMW X6 lineup's refresh was made official last night, but the X6 M was notably absent from the remodel. BMW's German retail site, however, has kindly given us a handful of photos and videos to work with. The images and videos reveal, like the standard X6, a slightly reworked exterior with tweaks to the grille and LED headlights. The fiercely aggressive front end remains so, however, with its gaping air inlets essentially dominating the front end below the grille. While the full list of changes and details haven't been released for the U.S. market yet, we expect the X6 M to share in...

2012 Tesla Model S To Benefit From Supercharging...Of A Sort

Tesla’s evolution of car models isn’t unlike the progression of ownership many of us followed through the years. Just as many of us had punchy two-seaters as daily drivers when our hair was thicker and backs were stronger, Tesla first made electric cars cool to a mass audience with the...

  • 2013 BMW X6

First reviled as a monstrosity mashing coupe and SUV together in unholy union, then slowly admitted to be a somewhat useful, somewhat sporty--if still ugly--vehicle, and finally growing on some of us like a four-wheeled, fast-backed fungus of fun, the BMW X6 is still a rare creature in the automotive world: a unique sort of vehicle. Today, BMW previews the updates coming for the 2013 model year, which will arrive at dealers later this year. Mechanically, the X6 remains essentially unchanged for the new model year, with the same 400-horsepower 4.4-liter TwinPower turbocharged V-8, the same...
