Jaguar Land Rover has shown off a new technology that makes the pillars of a car invisible for the driver. The technology is called the 360 Virtual Urban Windscreen, and it makes pedestrians, cyclists and other vehicles visible all around the car.

BMW will be presenting a new version of its ActiveAssist autonomous car technology at the 2015 Consumer Electronics Show taking place next month. The latest version of ActiveAssist enables a car to park itself, even in a multi-story garage.

Aston Martin is reportedly seeking new funds to develop future models and technology. Among the claimed developments is a new SUV plus hybrid technology.
