We’ve detailed more than a few of these over the years, and while Italy's state police certainly make a good argument (or is it a bad one?) for their speedy patrol cars, Dubai’s variety and quantity dwarf any other police force’s array of hot hoon-harvesting hardware. Perhaps that's why the country tried to get everyone on board with banning poor people from the streets--not only are they additional traffic, they're just too darned slow.
