The annual auto show in Chicago may not rank as one of the major events on the international auto show circuit, but it never fails to attract an important debut or two. This year was no different, with one of the highlights being the 2015 Volvo S60 and V60 Polestar models. These are the first two production cars to be developed by Volvo’s performance partner Polestar, and they’ll both be in showrooms this summer.
Another important debut was that of the 2015 Subaru Legacy. The car also goes on sale this summer, and while it bears little resemblance to the previous Legacy concept car it still features a handsome design that should sit well with buyers in the mainstream mid-size sedan segment.

Lincoln’s updated Navigator bowed in at the 2014 Chicago Auto Show. Lincoln’s done its best to incorporate its new styling language on its aging Navigator, and while the design works well on the smaller MKC we can’t say we’re completely enamored with the latest Navigator.

Ford may not have a Raptor ready for the 2015 model year, but Chevy tuner Lingenfelter may just have the next best thing. Debuting in Chicago this week is the Silverado-based Reaper, which can be equipped with a supercharger and Fox Racing suspension.

Sadly, Scarlett Johansson wasn’t present to show off the black-on-black Corvette Stingray that she drives in the upcoming movie Captain America: The Winter Soldier, but the car was and it looked just as hot. The Chicago Auto Show also saw two other Chevys make their debut: the City Express small van and compressed natural gas-powered Chevrolet Silverado HD.
