The car started out as a run-down 1973 Datsun 240Z but it's since undergone a restomod transformation that’s hard not to love. Kang now calls the car the FuguZ. You’ll immediately notice the wide-body kit but there’s much more to this build as you’ll discover in this latest episode of Jay Leno’s Garage.

What’s interesting is that the body kit was custom made for this build. Kang fell in love with a drawing of the kit online but no company was actually producing it. Kang eventually got into contact with tuning firm GReddy and together they reached out to Rocket Bunny, famous for its crazy kits, to come up with the custom creation.
