It was only yesterday that Audi confirmed the new S8 Plus and RS 7 Performance models for sale in the United States, and now we have the all-important pricing details.

The S8 Plus starts at $115,825 while the RS 7 Performance will set you back $129,925. Both prices include a $925 destination charge.

Both cars feature identical powertrains and output figures as well as a long list of standard items. They are also both being presented at next week’s Los Angeles Auto Show. A showroom appearance is slated for December, with the cars arriving as 2016 models.

Found under the hood of each is Audi’s familiar twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8, rated here at 605 horsepower and as much as 553 pound-feet of torque with overboost (516 lb-ft normally). The cars also get an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.

The RS 7 Performance will sprint from 0-62 mph in just 3.7 seconds while the S8 Plus needs 3.8 seconds to achieve the same feat. Top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph on the S8 Plus, though customers can opt to have this limit raised to 189.5 mph via an available Dynamic Package. The RS 7 Performance’s top speed is limited to 189.5 mph as standard.
