Last month we told you that there would be at least 30 world premieres taking place at the 2015 Los Angeles Auto Show, whose doors open to the media on November 18. Now the organizers have given us a better of understanding of what the list entails.
Among the cars making their world debut will be the new Buick LaCrosse, Infiniti QX30, Land Rover Range Rover Convertible, Mitsubishi Outlander Sport (previewed by the XR-PHEV concept), Mitsubishi Mirage and Nissan Sentra. Porsche will also present its new Cayman GT4 Clubsport race car.
On top of this, organizers have confirmed that there will be world debuts from the Ford Motor Company [NYSE:F], Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Subaru, Volvo and Volkswagen. If we were to hazard a guess at the identities of some of these, the car from Mazda is likely the new CX-9, from Mercedes we’ll likely see the GLE450 AMG, from Volvo the S90 and from Volkswagen the recently revealed Passat.
There will undoubtedly be some concept cars, too. The only automaker confirmed to be showing a concept at present is Scion. Its concept is said to hint at the design direction for a new “iconic” vehicle from the brand.
