You know all the stats. You've seen the live photos. You've even read our first drive report. Now you can see it in action as we hop behind the wheel for a couple of days in the 2014 Corvette Stingray on the Monterey peninsula just ahead of the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.

Don't listen to the haters--they're probably trying to justify their $90,000 Cayman or $120,000 911. For less than $60,000 (assuming you find a non-evil dealer) you can get a new 2014 Stingray with the Z51 package and the magneto-rheological dampers that'll run with a 911 Carrera S (and run away from the Cayman) on a lonely canyon road. Of course, speed isn't everything--there is the matter of refinement, comfort, and style.

Does the Stingray compete on those other, more subjective fronts? Watch and find out.
