Daimler's 125th anniversary celebrations have been ongoing for a while now--and we don't expect them to end anytime soon--but that doesn't mean we're tired of it. At least not when the party includes a gallery of some of Mercedes' best over the past 1.25 centuries.
Our only quibble with the company's enthusiasm for its long history? The "125!" in the gallery title. In math, that's a factorial of 125, which equates to roughly 1.882 * 10^209, or many orders of magnitude more years than the existence of the universe, and simply ludicrous. The cars in the gallery are much less ludicrous, fortunately, though it's hard to imagine even attempting to drive Karl Benz's barely-more-than-a-carriage on the roads today.
