Polestar’s hotted-up Volvo S60 and a new V60 have been confirmed for sale in the U.S. The main focus of Polestar’s upgrades for the cars has been their engine, whose output now registers at 350 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, the latter of which is available from just 2,800 rpm.
Hyundai’s redesigned 2015 Genesis has been revealed, officially this time, but sales don’t commence until next fall. Given its new design and technological goodies, the car should prove a hit, especially if Hyundai can stay close to the outgoing model’s $35,095 starting price.

SRT has just launched its track-focused Viper TA (Time Attack) and has confirmed that only 159 examples will be built, divided up into 93 in the hero TA Orange color, 33 in Venom Black and the remaining 33 in Bright White. While launching the new car, SRT CEO Ralph Gilles has responded to the suggestions that the Viper’s future is not looking bright, explaining that dealers are being retrained to meet the needs of the car’s discerning buyers.

At the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show, Shelby American unveiled the 2014 Shelby GT, the latest version of its entry-level tuned Mustang. For about $15k plus a Mustang GT, you can have a genuine Shelby Mustang and 430 horsepower under the hood.

Lamborghini’s ultra-rare Veneno took to a very wet Vallelunga recently, and we have a video of its outing. Lamborghini only built four Veneno coupes: the one you see here and three others sold at a price of 3 million euros each ($4 million). If you think that's a lot for a car that shares most of its mechanicals with the Aventador, Lamborghini has just launched a Veneno Roadster which is priced at 3.3 million euros ($4.5 million).
Jaguar’s C-X17 is edging closer to the realm of production, with a second version of the striking crossover concept presented at China’s Guangzhou Auto Show recently. On the outside, the only difference for the second C-X17 and the original is a new color scheme. Inside, however, the pure concept interior of the original C-X17 has been replaced with a cabin featuring a conventional five-seat layout and materials you’d find in Jaguar models already in showrooms.

To mark the sales launch of its 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible and get the holiday season going, Chevrolet launched a new special edition. The new special edition is called the “Corvette Stingray Premiere Edition Convertible” and only 550 examples of the car will be built, all of them finished in Lime Rock Green.
