Ferrari's redundantly named LaFerrari is an F1-inspired bit of brilliance, packing a whopping 950 horsepower between its V-12 engine and hybrid drive system.
That one-ups the McLaren P1, if only by a bit, as it's rated at a combined 903 horsepower from its twin-turbo V-8 engine and hybrid drive pack.
Not to be left out, Lamborghini has unveiled the Aventador-based Veneno, built as a street-legal race car, and looking the part in the most extreme way possible. Though it makes a relatively puny 740 horsepower and lacks a hybrid drive system, we think the dramatic look makes up for its smaller output.
