The 2013 Cadillac ATS has been priced from $33,990, though the model many will want--the turbo 2.0-liter with a manual transmission--will start from $35,795, and the range-topping V-6 model with CUE infotainment, leather upholstery, and other upgrades will start from $42,090. Will it be competitive? The pricing seems about right, but we'll have to wait until we've driven it to know for sure.
