Mercedes-Benz’s entire S-Class range is about to undergo a mid-cycle update. Today we have spy shots of a prototype for the updated S63 Coupe from Mercedes-AMG. It looks to be adopting the “Panamericana” grille that’s set to become a fixture for the Affalterbach tuner’s lineup.

With Australia’s Holden Commodore soon to cease production, it looks like the 2017 model year will be the last for the version of the car sold here in the States: the Chevrolet SS. We hear it may get a new supercharged option to help send it out with a bang.

One of only 24 Aston Martin Vulcan hypercars will be going up for sale. It will be auctioned off during Mecum’s annual auction during Monterey Car Week. For the winning bidder, a place at the top of the queue for the new AM-RB 001 hypercar is an almost certainty.

You'll find all of these stories and more in today's car news, right here at Motor Authority.
