The 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat featured in this video from BigKleib34 is the fastest example of the modern muscle sedan that we know of. It’s been modified by expert Dodge tuner High Horse Performance and is currently delivering in excess of 730 horsepower to the rear wheels.

Its owner is the lovely woman also featured in the video; she confirmed that the car ran the quarter mile in 10.808 seconds when completely stock, most likely with drag radials (the official time is 11.0 seconds when using the factory-equipped Pirelli P Zero tires). And with the modifications in place you see her post up a brisk 10.67 ET. Considering the ambient temperature was up around 90 degrees F (32 degrees C), we’re sure the car will be able to put down even faster times with cooler conditions.

Given the tuning potential of the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V-8 known as the Hellcat, it’s little wonder that the Challenger and Charger models equipped with this beast of an engine are in hot demand—Dodge confirmed yesterday that it is doubling production of the cars once it starts building 2016 model year examples this September.
