Built with racing in mind and the body of a sort of half-prototype / half-GT chimera, the 2017 Ford GT supercar is one striking design. It’s perhaps even more impressive in its new silver livery than it was in the original blue.

Powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6 EcoBoost engine rated for at least 600 horsepower, the mid-engined Ford GT should prove to be one of America’s most impressive supercars ever—and may possibly claim the title of the best yet.
