Audi is working on an update for its A6, which we’re expecting to be introduced in time for the 2016 model year. We’ve just posted photos of a prototype for the sporty S6 variant.

Mercedes-Benz has released the first details for a new hybrid system it is working on. Called Intelligent Hybrid, the system reads the road ahead and automatically adjusts brake energy regeneration levels accordingly in order to maximize efficiency.

BMW has confirmed plans to unveil a new concept at the 2014 Beijing Auto Show on Sunday. The automaker says the concept will preview its future design and technology strategies, and many are predicting that the concept will also preview a new 9-Series flagship.
