Summer is gone, fall is coming, and the auto show season is about to kick back into full swing--but there's still plenty going on right now.

We started the week early, heading down to the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas to check out the first-ever World Endurance Championship race on the new track. At the same time, we were several states away driving a Rolls-Royce Ghost and getting up close and personal with it. Then we took to the Texas hill country in GMC and Chevy luxury trucks.

The 2015 Lamborghini Cabrera, which will replace the Gallardo, has been spied in testing on the Nürburgring again, and this time, it's spitting blue flames from all four exhaust outlets.

We also got behind the wheel of the 2014 Audi SQ5 for a first drive in the gorgeous mountain country of Colorado. Did the performance-biased crossover impress? Or does its weight and size hold it back?

Along the way we covered the latest news, including the Equus Bass 770, a chimera of a muscle car that simply begs us to rob a bank so we can swing the $250,000 starting price.

If you missed all of this--or any of it--you can keep that from happening again by following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, or hooking up with us on Twitter. For now, you can review our week through the lens of social media in the collection below.
