We were recently able to drive the seventh-generation Corvette, the new 2014 Corvette Stingray, and were impressed to see how far the car has come since the original of the 1950s. If you’re not familiar with your Corvette generations, then today’s your lucky day.

Though not quite as old as the Corvette, Audi’s Quattro sports car also has historical significance. At the Frankfurt Auto Show next month, we’ll see a modern interpretation in the form of a striking new concept.

This weekend is the 2013 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and Lamborghini, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, will be showing its very first car at the event, the 1963 350 GTV prototype.
