The latest addition to the Lamborghini lineup is the Huracán LP 610-4 Spyder. The car is the convertible version of last year’s Huracán coupe, and like the Gallardo Spyder it replaces it comes with a fully automated soft-top that needs just 17 seconds to go down and will work up to speeds of 31 mph.
What’s it like to live with the Huracán Spyder? Lamborghini has attempted to give us a taste in this promo video, though the automaker couldn’t help but embellish it with some sky-opening action that enables the driver to always have sunlight.
The new Huracán Spyder goes on sale later this year, as a 2016 model, and coinciding with its arrival are some powertrain updates for the entire Huracán range. Peak output, however, remains capped at 601 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque.
