If you've ever wondered what it'd be like to experience an automatic car wash outside a vehicle, Josh Hood could tell you—and he wouldn't recommend it.
While the Louisiana man was cleaning the wash's interior, the hose he was using got wrapped about a moving brush, which bound him to the spinning apparatus. Fortunately, one of his colleagues was able to stop the machine and free him after approximately 30 seconds.

Hood escaped with minor cuts and bruises, and he told the UK's Daily Mail it "was scarier than anything I've ever been through in the military."
So lesson learned: Before cleaning a car wash, make sure everything comes to a complete stop.
