Reigning Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton certainly has a passion for interesting cars. Already the owner of a Pagani Zonda, it’s been revealed that Hamilton has now expanded his collection with a Ferrari LaFerrari and a 1967 Ford Shelby GT500 recreation.

It’s been 20 years since Lotus rolled out the Series 1 Elise. To mark the milestone, the British automaker has launched a special edition version of its current Elise, the Series 2.

British billionaire Richard Branson has hinted that his Virgin empire may eventually expand into the world of electric cars. He said his company has teams of people of working on the zero-emission vehicles, and that Virgin could one day be competing against the likes of Tesla Motors [NSDQ:TSLA].
