The Monterey Peninsula is the place to be in the motoring world for a couple of weeks every year, with the combination of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance and the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion. This year, Maserati will celebrate its 100th anniversary as a featured marque alongside all Italian cars at the Reunion.

Hosted at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, the Motorsports Reunion sees some of the world’s greatest racing cars take to the track in a series of vintage races, as well as hosting one of the best racing car shows to be found anywhere in the paddock.

A Maserati heritage display will also be offered as the paddock’s centerpiece, offering sights of the company’s most significant cars. Italian car owners who drive their cars to the circuit will also get a pass into a special parking area.

Beyond the Maserati and Italian car features, the Motorsports Reunion will host 550 historically accurate, authentic race cars dating back to the turn of the 20th century.

If you’ll be in the area Friday, August 15, you can join in the fun for $50 per day if you buy tickets in advance, otherwise the fee is $70 at the gate, although if you also hold a Saturday ticket to the Concorso Italiano, you can get into the Reunion for free on Friday, August 15. The first 100 Italian cars through the gates will also get a free voucher to take part in a parade lap around Laguna Seca. Three-day admission to the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion can be purchased at the official site in advance of the weekend for $130.
