If you’re insane enough to consider the Hennessey Venom GT lacking in power, the man behind Hennessey Performance, Texan tuner John Hennessey, is working on a project that will definitely quench your power thirst. That project is the 2014 Hennessey Venom GT2 supercar, which may end up being the fastest car on the planet when it’s unleashed on the market late next year.

We know Subaru has been testing an STI-enhanced version of its BRZ sports car for several months. Now there’s a report claiming the car won’t receive a turbocharger but will still develop upwards of 230 horsepower.

After a string of concepts, the 2014 Ford Fiesta ST has finally made its debut. As predicted, the car has received a turbocharged 1.6-liter EcoBoost engine, however, its rating of 197 horsepower and 214 pound-feet of torque has certainly left a few jaws dropped.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines here at Motor Authority.
