Dany Bahar, the former CEO of Lotus, is now suing the company for wrongful termination--despite the investigation that found he was misusing company funds. He wants $10 million.

Ford's Lincoln brand today announced it is moving into the Chinese market. The Chinese will have to wait until late 2014 to actually buy Lincoln cars, but the ball is now rolling.
