Danica Patrick has made a name for herself and with good reason. First of all, she's a pretty capable race car driver, who has had success in both IndyCar Series and NASCAR. And secondly, she has enough in the looks and personality departments to make her attractive to companies as a spokesperson.

The car service Lyft has put together a pretty smart promotional video that features Patrick as an undercover Lyft driver. In the video, she takes unsuspecting customers for rides in a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu in Charlotte, North Carolina. With a hat and sunglasses on, the diminutive driver isn't all that disguised, but the ruse appears to work. After all, who would think a girl barely over five-feet tall would be a pro driver?

It appears that Patrick engages in some high-speed shenanigans, but, unfortunately, the video cuts them out. She remarks that the brakes and tires "are smellin', " but we don't get to see any of that action. On its YouTube channel, Lyft also warns us, "Danica does what Danica wants. Please don't drive like Danica." Seems to me, the outtakes of this video might be better than what Lyft has released.
