If you're a fan of current, 1980s, or 1990s Formula 1 racing, the next edition of Codemasters' series, F1 2013, is shaping up to be a winner. This video from the Hungaroring, where the real F1 squads are doing battle this weekend, puts a point on it.

Rife with stunning graphics, dead-on audio, and, if it's anything like F1 2012, pretty impressive driving physics, this lap of the Hangaroring has it all--plus a great narration with driving tips.

The realistic rendering and demonstration of the racing line also help make it clear why there's so little passing at the Hungaroring, which the drivers often say is more like a street circuit than a dedicated track.

F1 2013 hits stores October 8, and will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
