Maserati’s new entry-level sedan, the Ghibli, has been revealed ahead of its debut next week at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show. The car goes on sale at the end of the year, making it a 2014 model, and a pair of V-6 engines will be available at launch.

Although the LaFerrari has made its auto show debut, there’s still a lot of fine-tuning to be done before deliveries of the car commence later this year. Giving a helping hand in the development is Ferrari’s Formula One ace Fernando Alonso, who recently drove the new supercar on Ferrari’s Fiorano test track.

Bugatti is about to unveil a new performance offering, but details of the vehicle have already emerged. It looks like the company is planning to unveil a new special edition Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse.

You'll find all of this and more in today's car news headlines from around the High Gear Media network.
