Codenamed Project Ultraviolet, one of Chrysler's next SEMA specials is a Challenger SRT8 built in cooperation with Mopar, SRT, and ... Jeff Dunham.

If you're wondering what a ventriloquist/comedian has to do with muscle cars, you're certainly not alone. The question may or may not be answered after watching Dunham screw around with a brand-new Challenger SRT8 in a parking lot.

Whatever the reason for Dunham's involvement in the project, however, there appears to be a pretty clear direction for the car. It's nothing ground-breaking--and in fact, it may be a bit too much of the re-hashed vintage muscle car theme, again--but it looks like it will at least be one of the more approachable cars on the floor at the frequently wacky SEMA show this year.
