Chris Harris is famous on the automotive web for many things, not least of which is his long-running antagonism of Ferrari. Despite his leanings, however, he has recently joined the Prancing Horse herd, selling his Porsche 911 GT3 RS 4.0 to buy a Ferrari 599.

That previous sentence is verifiable heresy to a great many of the enthusiast world. The GT3 RS 4.0 is, for that now-angered/saddened/confused plurality, the epitome of the street-legal driving experience. But Harris makes a pretty good case for the 599--and explains that he bought it because it made more financial sense than the Porsche.

Wherever you stand on the current state of Harris's immortal automotive soul, however, it is, as always, an enjoyable video full of rorty Ferrari sound and tail-out powerslides.
