Unadulterated, bombastic carbon fiber insanity--the current Pagani Zonda and its several variants are the embodiment of what it is to be a supercar but an even better car is just around the corner, one that is expected to improve on the Zonda in almost every criteria that counts. The car is the Zonda successor, which is currently doing the rounds as the “C9”.

However, before the C9’s unveiling, expected sometime early next year, Pagani is releasing a string of special edition Zondas to mark the end of the line of the brand’s first model. Already we’ve seen cars like the 750, HH, Uno and Tricolore, and now we can add the RAK to that list.

Most likely commissioned by a wealthy buyer in the Middle East, the Pagani Zonda RAK is based on the popular Zonda Cinque chassis and features a 700 horsepower version of the supercar’s now famous AMG 7.3-liter V-12 engine.

Unique elements of the Zonda RAK are its two-tone yellow and black paint scheme, dark alloy wheels and custom interior with contrasting black Alcantara trim with yellow stitching.
