This is probably the most extreme a modified Z4 coupe can get. Featuring a complete wide-body carbon fiber shell, the entire car weighs only 2780 lbs (1260kg) – a saving of 500lbs over the original. Combine this with the 342hp (255kW) inline six, and you’re left with one blistering performance coupe. Additional weight is saved by utilising a lightened flywheel and battery plus the removal of unnecessary interior mod-cons.

Other enhancements include the addition of Volk racing wheels, a performance brake package and double adjustable Koni coil-overs. Our favourite would have to be the alcantara clad Recaro buckets. Created by Ohio tuner, TC Kline Racing, the lightweight Z4 is limited to a run of only 100 vehicles with a price tag of $95,000.
