Both garages offer state-of-the art high security features with climate controlled environments and self-accessible units. Park Place, usually known for real-estate, has equipped the garages with private bathrooms, air conditioning and 24-hour manned security. Currently the Fort Lauderdale location offers 179 spaces while North Miami has 224 with individual rooms ranging in size from 580 to 1800 sq ft with prices starting from around $140,000.
For that price, co-founder Randy Kella expects owners to turn their garages into a home away from home. The developer will even provide opportunities to create a luxurious customised clubhouse with high-end interiors and specialty flooring. The car condo should open its doors to residents by the middle of next year.
