The Vision concept car from China’s Jianghuai Auto epitomises everything that’s wrong with some of the country’s carmakers. Not only is the styling lifted from some Toyota models, the badge on the car is just the reverse of Lexus’ “L” logo.

The concept comes from a company that specializes in building commercial vans and MPVs that was established back in 1999 with assistance from the local government and the Lion Corporation.

In 2004, Jianghuai formed a joint-venture with Hyundai to produce a number of new trucks and buses by 2010. We wouldn’t be surprised if the company releases a range of passenger cars as well.
