Russian sports car manufacturer and Formula 1 team owner Marussia has announced that Valmet will handle future production of its B2 sports car. Valmet is the independent vehicle manufacturer based in Finland that currently assembles the Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid and was previously assembling the Porsche Boxster. Valmet, together with Marussia, is now working on refitting its plant for the start of production of the B2, with a view to ramp up to full production by the end of the year.
