2011 McLaren MP4-26

The last of the big name teams in this year Formula 1 competition has unveiled its new race car for the series, with McLaren holding a special event in Berlin for the debut of its new MP4-26. And like most of the other teams’ cars, the new McLaren MP4-26 features a few radical departures over last year’s model. Some key distinguishers are a longer wheelbase, a high nosecone, U-shaped sidepods and a new intake for cooling the hybrid system.
