With the summer months now upon us, testing at the Nürburgring race track in Germany is heating up and our spy photographers are on surveillance to bring you the first shots of all the latest prototypes. In the past 24 hours we’ve seen new images of the 2013 BMW 4-Series Coupe, 2013 Volkswagen Golf and 2013 Porsche 911 GT3, the latter with barely any camouflage gear.

Another car that has just been revealed is a striking concept from Renault. Designed to mark the 50th anniversary of the Alpine Renault A110 Berlinetta, the new concept has been labeled the Alpine Renault A110-50 concept and is tipped to be revealed in full this Friday during practice for the 2012 Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix.

Also breaking today is news that BMW has replaced Toyota as the most valuable automotive brand in the world, with an estimated value of $24.62 billion. This value was boosted by BMW’s recent sales success in China while at the same time Toyota’s sales have been hurt by recent natural disasters.
