So, while the Department of Transportation is having a "summit" to talk about texting and driving, somehow, Britney Spears was allowed to drive a car last week.
The gang over at The Superficial snagged this photo of Miss Spears, her white-trashy oversized sunglasses and--we're happy to say it--an ear-to-ear grin on her face. Probably, she'd just seen those pictures of ex K-Fed squiggling into his fat jeans.
Anyhow, this made us wonder what exactly it takes to get a driver's license in California. In Spears' native Louisiana, all you need a pulse and a power bill before you hit the drive-through daiquiri stands. Californians, chime in: what's the toughest question you saw on the state driving test?
