Although not as dramatic as the Arden and Galpin modified Jaguar XF saloons, Loder1899’s new kit for the car manages to preserve the svelte lines of the original while also adding a sportier edge. Joining the new body alterations is a suspension lowering kit and power upgrade, designed specifically for the 2.7L turbodiesel model.

The body styling kit consists of a new front spoiler with a second row of intakes, a new rear spoiler and a more aggressive bumper with an integrated diffuser. The lowering kit sees the car ride up to 35mm lower than the stock version and is joined by a set of chunky 20in ‘Hollow Spoke’ alloy wheels with 255mm performance rubber.

The list of power mods include an ECU upgrade and stainless steel high-flow exhaust, which sees power in the turbodiesel XF move from 207 to 249hp at a low 2,000rpm. Maximum torque rises to 522Nm, up from 435Nm in the standard model. This is enough to accelerate the car from 0-100km/h in 7.6 seconds and see it reach a top speed of 229km/h.
