Pictured here is Peugeot’s latest compact hatch, the 308, which replaces the 307 and is rumored to include a two-door variant for the first time. Official details haven’t been released as yet but word on the street is that the new model has grown by about an inch in length, while height was reduced slightly from the 307. The base model will be equipped with the same 1.6-liter four-cylinder unit from the subcompact 207, developing 120 horsepower.
