Police in Houston have arrested a man who went on a rampage in The Galleria area, naked, with a shotgun.

In what sounds more like a scene from the latest Grand Theft Auto game, the man tore up a gas station, before turning his attentions to a luxury car rental lot across the street. Before police could detain him, he shot out several windscreens in the parked cars, and planted a flag through the screen of a Rolls-Royce.

Images from KHOU show several other luxury vehicles involved in the attack, including an Aston Martin Rapide, Fisker Karma and Mercedes-Benz SL-Class. The store manager of the luxury car rental business told the Houston Chronicle the offender was running around the street breaking cars. He added, "He looked normal but I'm sure he was on something". Normal apart from being naked and holding a shotgun, we presume.

The manager estimates damage to the five cars owned by the business runs to $200,000--though three other vehicles were also damaged during the naked rampage. The man, probably fully clothed now, is in police custody.
