When you want to advertise a product, you should try and get the best talent you can find. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles [NYSE:FCAU] isn't messing around with regards to its 500X subcompact crossover. The automaker has reached out to the greatest model on the planet. Derek Zoolander is now the face of the Fiat 500X, which means it's probably going to become the greatest selling vehicle of all time.

Zoolander is bringing his trademark Blue Steel to the driver's seat of the 500X, just as his new movie—or is it Ben Stillers?—is is about to debut. A series of commercial spots will highlight the partnership, with the first having aired during the prior evening's Golden Globes award ceremony. In the ad, Zoolander is caught on a traffic camera and he relishes the moment, making sure he gets the right pose.

This new relationship between the brands stands in comparison to the time when Chrysler worked with Ron Burgundy. It's clear that FCA only enjoys working with the world's greatest spokespeople, and this new relationship should see Fiat 500X examples flying out of dealer lots.
