Acura is prepping for what will surely be a busy Monterey Car Week taking place next month. The automaker plans to show off some important vehicles both old and new at a number of the many events that occur during this annual crazy car week.

There will be brand presence at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering as well as at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, McCall's Motorworks Revival, and the Carmel-By-The-Sea Concours on the Avenue.

There should be no surprise that Acura will have a handful of its latest NSX supercars on hand. The highly anticipated machine will make many appearances throughout the week. Folks in the area can expect to get many an eyeful of the car, which is smart because a number of potential customers will surely be in attendance.

Acura is also rolling out to the Motorsports Reunion with a bit of the automaker's racing history. The Comptech Racing Spice Acura GTP Lights race car, which is powered by a modified version of the original NSX engine, will hit the track. Additionally, a 2009 LMP1 race car will be on display for event goers to ogle.

It's not just Acura though, as Honda will show off its HondaJet and a McLaren-Honda MP4-30 F1 race car replica at the famed McCall's event. This takes place at the Monterey Jet Center, so it's the prime spot for Honda and Acura to show off both the F1 car and plane.

There will be more chances for those attending to catch a glimpse of the NSX as well, as it will head to the Carmel concours. All-in-all, it should prove to be a very busy week for Acura. This year's Monterey Car Week runs from August 10-16 and includes the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. To stay abreast of it all, be sure to bookmark our dedicated hub.
