A prototype for the new Civic Type R has been spotted in the wild. While the vehicle isn’t due in U.S. showrooms we hear that some of its hardware, such as its potent engine, will be fitted to some local models, starting off with a hot version of our own Civic.

Ferrari is working on a mid-cycle update for its FF grand tourer and an early prototype has been spotted at the Italian marque’s Fiorano test track. The changes to the car are expected to include a few styling tweaks and more power.

Jeep is working on a new Wrangler and a report out today claims we might see a hybrid option offered on the vehicle. Unfortunately, the new Wrangler isn’t due until at least 2017.
