Mitsubishi unveiled the new 2013 Outlander crossover at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show. With new fuel efficient powertrain options ranging from diesel and gasoline engines to plug-in hybrids, the new Outlander should help Mitsubishi raise its overall fuel economy scores. The new Outlander also debuted the latest styling direction for Mitsubishi, with a less aggressive, but more organic design.
Germany's Gumpert brought two new models to Geneva: The Apollo Enraged and Apollo R. The new Apollo Enraged is a limited edition model which Gumpert says is the most powerful street-legal car its ever built. The other model is a new Apollo R, which is designed for track use and comes with full racing paraphernalia. Both of the models have been prompted by demand from Asia.
Mercedes-Benz was talking about small cars at the Geneva Motor Show and revealed the new A Class. While the new A Class will go on sale in Europe later this year, the little hatchback won't come to the U.S. until sometime in 2013. A compact called the CLC will make it to the U.S. first, described as a baby CLS.
